Terms and Conditions – Aussiecare

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Aussiecare (the company). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

Service Provision

a. Aussiecare is a registered NDIS service provider offering support services to eligible participants.

b. Our services are provided in accordance with the guidelines and regulations set forth by the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

c. We strive to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs and goals of our clients.

 

Eligibility

a. Clients must meet the eligibility criteria set by the NDIS to receive our services.

b. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are eligible for NDIS funding and meet the necessary requirements.

 

Client Responsibilities

a. Clients are responsible to provide accurate and up-to-date information about their disability, support needs, and personal details.

b. Clients must inform Aussiecare promptly of any changes or updates to their circumstances or support requirements.

c. Clients are responsible for ensuring the proper and safe use of our services and equipment.

 

Service Agreements

a. Prior to commencing services, a service agreement will be established between Aussiecare and the client.

b. The service agreement will outline the specific services to be provided, associated costs, and any other relevant terms.

c. Any modifications or amendments to the service agreement must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.

 

Billing and Payment

a. Clients will be billed according to the agreed-upon payment schedule outlined in the service agreement.

b. Payments must be made by the due date specified in the invoice.

c. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or collection actions.
